  8. Trim Regularly:

  9. Eat a Balanced Diet:
    A nutritious diet rich in vitamins, minerals, and protein is essential for healthy hair growth. Incorporate foods like fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and healthy fats into your diet to nourish your hair from the inside out.
